Create your micro mindfulness moments during the day. With our daily workloads we cannot sit for hours a day to train our mindfulness muscle. But we can can create during our day short moments where we halt and experience the moment. This can be done by taking some deep breathes, sip a tea or coffee or just take a view out of the window.
